The following terms and conditions are considered to have been read, comprehended, and accepted by you and your traveling companions. In the following terms, TranquilPass Travels & Tours Limited. will be referred to as the “Company.”

Unless otherwise specified, the terms and conditions listed below apply to all customers who have hired the company to help with their travel needs.

The terms and conditions herein shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

All reservations will be made according to priority.

An additional charge will be forced where an additional bed is expected for the kid or where the kid consumes a room with just a single grown-up, and our staff will be to help you in making enquiries on the pertinent extra charges. Overall setting Overcharges, for example, top season charges might apply.

When making a reservation, full payment is required. Making a payment does not mean that the reservation has been confirmed.

When payment is made, the customer will receive a receipt via email.

When a purchase is confirmed, a confirmation letter is sent to the customer via email.

Within seven to fourteen business days, the customer will receive a confirmation email in order to effect the confirmation and complete the departure.

If you don’t follow this, your reservation could be automatically canceled and your payment could be lost.

CANCELLATIONS

Reservation cancellations must be made in writing. However, there will be costs associated with cancellations, which are determined by the amount of notice given prior to departure. The company’s calculations determine the cancellation fees and refund components.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY

Please be aware that the company is representing the services provided. All arrangements require final confirmation even after a deposit or full payment has been made. On the off chance that because of a few unforeseeable conditions the plan can’t be concluded and the booking must be dropped, the Organization will try to tell the Client before takeoff.

Any reason, including but not limited to a change in the availability of the airline or a change in the reservation, may cause the company to cancel any tour or medical trip before the departure date. If the company so chooses, it may suggest different airlines or reservations.

Based on the current travel and reservation fare, the company may, if it so chooses, suggest alternative reservations or airlines to the same or another destination.

All movement administrations whether clinical or the travel industry are rigorously upon solicitation and dependent upon affirmation. If there are any alternatives, the company may suggest them. Please be aware that the Customer will be informed of any applicable surcharges on an individual basis.

In addition, the company will not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, or costs incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation if the cancellation is caused by a third party issue (such as the cancellation of an airline, the non-availability of an accommodation owner, or the non-disposition of a hospital or hotel).

AMENDMENTS

The policies for each tour product indicate the amendment fees and components that correspond to them.

To avoid misunderstandings, all requests for modifications must be made in writing, are subject to availability, confirmation by the company, and payment of amendment fees.

REFUND

Accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, medical appointments, reservations, or any other services included in the tour or medical fare that the customer does not use, either in whole or in part, or if the customer changes, cancels, or otherwise alters the arrangements after the tour or medical travel has begun will not be refunded.

Upon cancellation by the company, the Company will refund the deposit paid according to charges outlined on section 2. You will receive any and all refunds within ten (10) weeks. However, due to the doctrine of force majeure, refunds may not be processed for approximately twelve (12) weeks during peak periods.

Refunds for travel expenses paid through the company to any of the aforementioned facilities will require a period of ten (10) to twelve (12) weeks, subject to the airline, hotel, hospital, or accommodation owner actually agreeing to refund the funds to TranquilPass Travels & Tours Limited.

For payments made with credit cards, refunds will be made through the credit card company or any other means that will be convenient to the company, subject to the airline, hotel, hospital, or accommodation owner actually agreeing to refund the funds to TranquilPass Travels & Tours.

PAYMENT METHODS

Stipe payments, cash, checks, credit cards, or any other method of payment that is most convenient for the business can be used to pay in Nigerian Naira, British Pounds or US Dollars. The Company will only accept checks if they are presented at least seven business days prior to the departure date.

SPECIAL REQUEST

Any special requests, such as dietary requirements, adjoining rooms, special meals, or other accommodations. when making a reservation, the Company will be informed of this. Kindly note, nonetheless, that such demands are dependent upon availability and affirmation by the Company.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid international passport with at least four blank pages side by side and a minimum of six months of validity from the scheduled return date to Nigeria. You are required to acquire any necessary valid visas and health certificates prior to the scheduled departure date for the tour or medical itinerary.

Visa applications are processed in varying amounts of time by various embassies and consulates. However, regardless of whether the Company was hired to apply for the visa, it is the sole responsibility of the passenger or customer to ensure that they have a valid visa for travel to countries that require it. To ensure that your visa requirements are met, please check with our sales office at least two months before your planned trip. Anyway wiping out charges apply should your visa isn’t endorsed and will not be responsible for refusal of the visa interaction. If a passenger’s visa application is denied or the passenger is deported or denied entry by Immigration Authorities on the tour or medical trip for any reason, including possession of illegal items or irregularities that could harm someone or property, quarantine, or custom regulations, the Company will not be held liable for any costs, reimbursement, or refund of the tour fare or schedule.

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that they have all of their valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.). If necessary, you will be responsible for obtaining the required exit permits from the appropriate authorities, including but not limited to the Ministry of Internal/Foreign Affairs in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which will be valid for the duration of the tour. It is recommended that you register for your trip with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended in the event of a trip cancellation, deposit loss, lost baggage, personal injury, illness, etc. By no means will the Company be obligated or built as a transporter under an agreement of carriage of a traveler and of his/her stuff and other individual effects. If you have any questions about travel insurance, the employees of the Company will be happy to assist you.

RESPONSIBILITY

Carriers, transportation companies, hotels, hospitals, and other principals of third-party suppliers are represented by the Company as agents. The Product Content has been verified by the Company with reasonable care. The customer acknowledges that third-party suppliers provide the Company with Product Content. Although the Customer acknowledges that the Company is unable to verify the accuracy of all information provided by third-party suppliers, the Product Content was prepared in good faith. Customers acknowledge that the content of the product can change at any time without notice. The Company will not be held liable in the event that any advertised services or facilities are modified or removed because it has no direct control over the third-party suppliers of the product. When the Company has not been negligent or in breach of any duty and when the aforementioned injury, loss, or damage results directly or indirectly from any occurrence that is beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to the breakdown of equipment, strike, delay, weather, medical reasons, theft, quarantine regulation, customs regulations, cancellation, changes in the tour itinerary and/or flight and/or other transport schedules, deportation and/or refusal of entry by immigration authorities resulting from the possession of illegal and/or unlawful

The customer is responsible for any losses or costs incurred as a result of the customer’s failure to follow reasonable instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out locations, times, and causes. All important travel records will be the obligation of the individual taking part in the visit/clinical bundles.

The participant in the tour or medical package is responsible for declaring any taxable items.

The Company retains the right to:

  • Change the tour itinerary, travel arrangements, and lodging in response to unforeseen changes in flight or other transportation schedules, conditions in the countries of travel or transit, or the occurrence of a force majeure event, with or without prior notice to you, if the Company deems it appropriate.
  • Upon your submission to the Company of all documents issued by the Company for the purposes of the tour package, to cancel any reservations prior to departure for reasons including, but not limited to, an insufficient number of participants, which would require the deposit or tour fare to be refunded without further obligation on the part of the Company. Alternate tours, whether to the same or other locations, will be suggested by the Company. The Company will refund your money less any costs incurred in the event that you reject the alternative without incurring any further obligations on its part.
  • If it is determined that a participant’s behavior or conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the health, safety, interests, harmony, and welfare of the other tour/medical trip participants and the tour group as a whole, require that individual to withdraw from the tour or medical trip. In such a scenario, the Company shall not be liable to any such person in the future.
  • To indicate which languages the tour guide will use for commentary. At the time of reservation, all prices are accurate. The Company maintains whatever authority is needed to update the visit charges and to decide the date of beginning of such overhauled visit admissions without earlier notification. There will be no refunds given to anyone who hasn’t used their air tickets, eaten anything, or stayed in a hotel or other location that was associated with a tour that they didn’t use all of.
  • If a customer refuses to take advantage of the alternative booking, the Company will refund the customer’s payment less any fees incurred in facilitating the medical trip or tour, provided that the customer is properly informed of the change at least seven days prior to the proposed date of the trip.
  • If there is a conflict of interest or understanding, to cancel the Visa application process.

The Company charges an administration fee of £100 to £500 per person for each cancellation.

Reservation amendments are considered cancellations, and in addition to the new fare, the aforementioned fees will remain in effect.

Air tickets cannot be changed or refunded once they are issued.

If you’ve paid a special price for a promotion or included freebies, you can’t get a refund, compensation, or credit if you cancel your reservation.

All efforts will be made to adhere to the itinerary’s and this document’s specifics; However, changes may be required by circumstances.

Without prior notice, cruise lines reserve the right to substitute any scheduled port of call, itinerary, price, program, vessel, or cabin.

In these circumstances, our Company will not be required to provide any compensation or refund any fares or other fees.

As a result, if the itinerary changes, our Company is not accountable for any personally scheduled changes or cancellations.

Even if the fare has already been paid in full, our Company reserves the right to issue any fare increase that is in effect at the time of sailing or flying.

LIABILITY

The Product Content has been verified by the Company with reasonable care. Customers acknowledge that third-party suppliers provide the Company with Product Content. Although the Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all product content, customers understand that the Company is unable to verify the accuracy of all information supplied by third parties. The customer understands that the content of the product can change at any time without notice. The Company will not be held liable in the event that any advertised services or facilities are modified or removed because it has no direct control over the third-party suppliers of the product.

If the displayed prices are found to be incorrect or are being withdrawn by third parties, the Company reserves the right to reject any reservations.

Errors or omissions in bookings or failures by third parties are not the responsibility of the Company and will not result in any losses, either direct or indirect.

The Company liability, under whatever conditions will be restricted exclusively to the sum paid by the client less charges and will be at the Company sole prudence.

If a visa application is denied or there is no matching data, the Company will not be held responsible, and customers who paid fees for such an application will not be reimbursed.

Even if the liability is related to the Company or the embassy’s negligence, the Company is exempt from any and all liability related to the Visa Application or embassy relationship, and the Company will not issue a refund for any such liability.

CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS

For the purpose of the Company’s investigation, any claim or complaint must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the date of return. There is no acceptance of responsibility for any claim or complaint that is not made.

THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AND LIABILITY

Medical personnel, hospital management, hotel staff and management, flight staff and management, taxi drivers, and other third-party suppliers of services and products to the Company are exempt from liability for any damage, loss, injury, or expense incurred by customers.

INFORMATION CONFIDENTIALITY

The Customer and/or Traveler represents that they have consented to the following:

  • The Company’s use of their personal information;
  • By hotels, hospitals, service providers, and any other third parties hired by the Company to handle product bookings.
  • The export of their personal data to any country in the world.

The Company treats every transaction as confidential and will not share any information without your permission unless it is required to do so by law.

CHANGE IN CONDITIONS

Without prior notice, the Company reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, continue, or terminate any or all of the terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions imposed by supplies from third parties will also apply to you.
